Opportunity Description
The Manager, Sales Training & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the learning and development strategy for the Sales Force. The role leads the development of comprehensive training programs that enhance sales competencies, product knowledge, customer engagement, leadership capability, and overall sales performance.
The incumbent partners closely with Sales Management, Sales Administration, Marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure that training initiatives align with business objectives, organizational priorities, and evolving market demands. The position also oversees the Training & Development team, monitors training effectiveness through data-driven assessments, and drives a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
