Opportunity Description
Pemo is hiring a Sales Team Lead to run the Mid-Market squad of Account Executives and elevate to a US SaaS standard of execution. This player-coach role carries personal quota and builds outbound muscle on top of inbound, reporting to the CRO.
You will lead a lean team, recruit and ramp AEs, and raise performance quarterly. Hybrid work from DIFC, with direct access to the CRO and cross-functional partners.
