Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback.
Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and role-playing exercises.
Develop outbound sales scripts, email templates, and pitch materials.
Track and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM tools and reporting.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing complex deals.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1 year in Team handling.
