The role of Elite Sports Tours Sales Representative is to act as a travel agent for sporting events, managing client inquiries, providing custom travel packages, handling bookings, and ensuring exceptional customer service from pre‑trip to post‑trip.

Job Responsibilities

• Reach monthly and yearly sales targets while providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
• Hit daily and weekly client CRM targets and input responses into the database.
• Handle booking issues with compassion and empathy, maintaining patience while resolving any problems.
• Communicate with potential travelers by phone and email.
• Recommend and sell the right trip based on the client’s quote request, providing any extra services needed for the best experience.
