The Sales Representative is responsible for finding, onboarding, managing and growing accounts, providing customer support, and ensuring successful coordination of service, equipment, and preventative maintenance projects. This role combines strategic account management, business development, and operational execution to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Hunt for and onboard new accounts.
  • Develop, manage, and grow accounts to ensure long term success.
  • Work with key customers to plan budgets for the upcoming and future years.
  • Act as primary liaison between key customers and internal departments (Sales, Service, Operations, and Marketing).
