Role Description

The Sales Representative – Oshawa - New Home Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for greeting prospective buyers, conducting model home and site tours, and presenting community features, floor plans, pricing, and incentives in a clear and professional manner. The Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and qualification through contract preparation, purchase agreement execution, and coordination with internal teams for closing. Daily activities include responding to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up consistently with leads.
