Leggat Mazda of Hamilton is seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team! Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. In a commission-based role, there is unlimited earning potential driven by your performance. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiry to the final purchase of a vehicle. As a Sales Representative, you are expected to excel in immediate customer responsiveness and communication following the Leggat Digital Customer-Driven Standards and the Sales Policy Process.

Compensation: Base pay $17.60 per hour plus On Target Earnings of $100,000 + per annum with Bonus and Commission pay structure
