Omilia is seeking a Sales Recruiter for LATAM/US to drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Commercial teams across LATAM and the US, accelerating hiring velocity and quality to support regional growth. You will partner with Sales leadership to source, assess, and close top talent while upholding local/regional compliance and Omilia's employer brand.
This role requires 3–5 years in full-cycle recruiting, with focus on Sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with LinkedIn
