We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Recruiter with 58 years of experience in hiring sales professionals for Data Analytics, AI/ML, SaaS, and Software Product organizations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales hiring across various levels and have a proven track record of closing critical positions within defined turnaround times (TATs). The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, recruitment tools, candidate assessment methodologies, and offer-to-joining conversion management. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level Sales roles, including SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, Regional/National Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Revenue Leadership positions.
