Responsabilidades/Funciones
Process customer purchase orders for consoles, treatment supplies, and other items as needed
Work with the Outset Logistics team to provide shipping information for customers
Ensure all customer account information is accurate and up to date
Partner with Finance team to ensure all critical customer/order data ties out to provide timely and accurate revenue recognition
Assist with the COR (Customer Onboarding Process)
Process RMA's/returns, credit and rebills, etc.
Manage customer reorder process on accessories and disposables
Understand and comply with all SOX requirements
Requisitos/Cualificaciones
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience (High School Diploma/GED)
3+ years of sales order processing experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Advanced English (Verbal and written communication skills)
