Qualifications
- Handling client requests regarding production and supply processes of goods and components, as well as customer order placement (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and modeling.
- Analyzing data and developing recommendations to improve the efficiency and productivity of commercial organizations.
- Ensuring data accuracy. Performing data quality checks to meet standards.
- Collaborating closely with commercial units and other departments to understand product specifications, system requirements, and business needs.
- Coordinating with other departments to implement changes.
Qualifications
- English: fluent spoken and written.
- French: fluent spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus.
