Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Analyst to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of advanced Excel‑based quoting tools that support quoting for unreleased and next‑generation products. This role is critical to our go‑to‑market process and bridges the gap between early‑stage product configurations and scalable enterprise systems. The Sales Ops Estimating Analyst will be based in Sorocaba, Brazil and will report to a Sr Sales Operations Manager. The Analyst will own the creation of dynamic, logic‑driven Excel tools that not only serve short‑term quoting needs but also inform the design and enhancement of long‑term systems such as CPQ platforms and web‑based quoting applications. Strong technical, analytical, and cross‑functional communication skills are essential to succeed in this highly visible role.
