Responsibilities
- Manage business development activities for existing and new customers, distributors, and partners in APAC countries within the specialty chemicals business.
- Handle day-to-day sales enquiries and quotations, including follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales and technical enquiries, working closely with the Sales, Technical, and Application teams as required.
- Liaise with customers and the Sales Administration team on order processing, shipment coordination, and invoicing matters.
- Monitor and coordinate customer orders and requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of sales reports, forecasts, and distributor updates.
- Conduct overseas visits to customers and distributors in accordance with business plans and market development needs.
