Responsibilities:



Responsible for implementing sales plans, leading the team to achieve company sales targets, developing markets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and organize their implementation.

Lead the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

Explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand market share.

Establish and maintain good customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.

Collect and analyze market information and competitors’ trends to support company decision-making.

Participate in major sales contract negotiations and signing to safeguard the company's interests.

Guide, train, and motivate sales team members to enhance overall sales capability.

Be responsible for sales budget and cost control to improve sales efficiency.

Submit regular sales reports and plans, reporting sales progress.
