Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Mortgage–DSA vertical, responsible for driving business through DSA channels, managing partner relationships, and achieving mortgage business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop DSA partners to generate Mortgage/LAP/HL business
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
- Train and support DSAs to ensure quality sourcing
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong local network
- Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
- Strengthen portfolio quality through consistent monitoring
