We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for driving business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


Source Business LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and open market
Develop and strengthen the local channel partner network
Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and revenue targets
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely case processing
