Identify and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and self-employed professionals for Prime LAP products. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable LAP solutions. Conduct financial assessments and collect required documentation. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote Prime LAP products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
