Job description

The Sales Manager is expected to generate leads, make sales calls, strategize to find new prospects and convert them into patients or clients ensuring that the company shall meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth focusing on Healthcare and Education Industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
• Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients
• Source and work client referrals
• Promote specific products in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing
• Maintain positive business and client relationships in the effort to extend client lifetime value
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
