Sales Manager – Lighting (Quebec)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and key clients.
• Manage projects from specification through order, ensuring smooth handoff to coordination teams.
• Proactively grow the territory by identifying new business opportunities.
• Present products in client meetings, showrooms, and industry events.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Travel within Quebec (primarily Montreal and Quebec City, with some Ottawa as needed).

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in lighting, furniture, or a related design industry.
• Strong existing network in Quebec’s A&D community .
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). ...
