SUMMARY: This position is responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with one or more key accounts with the goal of becoming the category captain for as many categories Tyson Fresh Meats participates in as possible. Provides and interprets sales and category analysis including developing and analyzing category information in regards to distribution merchandising assortment shelving pricing trends rankings and forecasts by brand item etc. to support the achievement of sales and marketing objectives. Develops in-depth knowledge of the industry competition and customers. Promotes sales with assigned customers of Tyson Fresh Meats to achieve business and financial objectives. Provides independent guidance to the retailer to strategically manage space while meeting the needs of the retailer s consumer and maximizing sales for both the retailer and Tyson Fresh Meats.
