Step into a pivotal leadership role with a global leader in material handling and take ownership of driving growth in a changing market. Crown Equipment is seeking a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our Newcastle and Canberra based teams and expand our customer base beyond an established but evolving market.
This is not a “steady state” leadership role, it’s an opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives on winning new business, developing people, and creating momentum in competitive environments.
You’ll lead a team of five Account Managers with varying levels of experience, helping them lift capability, increase activity, and capture new opportunities across equipment sales, leasing, and rentals.
