Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Drive health insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
- Conduct joint field visits and support advisors in closing sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure quality service.
- Monitor advisor productivity and business performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Maximum Age: 40 years.
- Must be currently working in the Agency Channel of the insurance industry.
- Minimum 1 year of stability in the current or previous organization.
