Location: Tijuana, Baja California. On-site full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Communicates effectively with internal customers and employees for follow-up purchases.
- Identifies the customer’s needs and responds with urgency and efficiency.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to multi-task (talking and typing simultaneously).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Monthly salary of 30,000 MXN before taxes.
