Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi (on-site)
Work hours: Night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM), six-day workweek
Role Summary
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers for the RSP campaign.
- Introduce campaign offers, follow scripts, and close sales according to process.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality and conversion metrics.
- Record accurate notes and update CRM or campaign tracking systems promptly.
- Follow objection-handling techniques and compliance requirements; upscale complex cases to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the campaign team and quality assurance to implement process improvements and meet KPIs.
