Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory. Develop and execute business plans that support the division's annual growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, boat builders, and marine industry stakeholders. Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for additional business. Work closely with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions. Contribute to increasing team knowledge and awareness by sharing market intelligence and product expertise.
