Opportunity Description

Identify and prospect potential business clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to management.


Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, SaaS, or SME-focused products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Kiswahili.
Good understanding of the Kenyan SME market and digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience using CRM systems is an added advantage.
