Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities, coordinating customer requirements, and developing technical and commercial solutions.
  • Monitor customer performance and business metrics, providing insights and ensuring successful execution of projects, deliveries, and service commitments.
