Sales Director (Freight Forwarder)

We are partnering with a growing international freight forwarding business to hire a commercially driven and hands‑on Sales Director based in Malaysia.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, leading the sales function, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting overall business performance across Malaysia to expand the business across key industry verticals including Chemical, Automotive, Industrial, Hi‑Tech, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BDMs driving performance, accountability, and commercial growth.
• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives across Malaysia (owning portfolio of customers)
