Sales Coordinator - Mexico, Theatrical Distribution

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Sales Coordinator, Theatrical Distribution for Mexico to support sales and distribution strategies for all theatrical releases in Mexico. This role will coordinate the operational and administrative end-to-end booking process alongside the Booking & Distribution Manager and support weekly performance analysis, competitive intelligence and box office analysis. This position reports to the Head of Mexico Theatrical Distribution.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Upload approved exhibitors’ bookings and holdovers into the system.
• Coordinate DCP (Features and Trailers) delivery and shipping for booked films, screenings, rating submissions and premieres.
• Request and validate delivery of KDM files.
• Execute requests for ratings submission for Features and Trailers in Mexico (RTC).
