Responsibilities
- Manage the variable incentive compensation process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions.
- Manage the lifecycle of field staff, including handling offer letters, compensation statements, annual compensation letters, onboarding and offboarding, and reconciliations.
- Prepare, validate, and deliver analytical reporting and insights for sales leadership and management.
- Build, maintain, and enhance key metrics and reporting within internal compensation systems.
- Prepare sales and commission data inputs for benchmarking and industry surveys.
- Support the incentive compensation plans on an annual and ongoing basis.
- Support the monthly expense cycle, including preparation and processing of journal entries for reclassifications, accruals, and forecasts.
