Sales Compensation Analyst

The Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) team at Salesforce manages sales compensation across the organization, from design to administration. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst, Global Incentive Compensation Analytics, to provide deep insights through statistical modeling and data-driven recommendations for compensation plan decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scientific and predictive models in Python to simulate the financial and behavioral effects of proposed compensation changes during the annual GTM planning cycle.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses to uncover hidden trends and evaluate the ROI of incentive compensation programs beyond standard reporting.
• Extract, transform, and load large data sets using SQL and Python to automate insight generation, reducing manual Excel reliance.
