Sales Associate

As our furniture brand grows, customers are visiting our factory/store to experience our sofas before buying. We’re looking for someone who can guide these customers, help them choose the right sofa, and manage the order journey end-to-end. What you’ll do: • Handle customers visiting our factory/store • Understand their space, needs & preferences • Recommend the right sofa designs, fabrics & configurations • Convert visits into orders • Maintain visitor records & follow up with leads • Coordinate orders, delivery & customer communication • Maintain customer information and sales updates in the CRM • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversions.
