Job Description
- Develop and expand new business opportunities with non-Japanese customers.
- Serve as the primary contact window for customers during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing plants and suppliers to support customer requirements and project execution.
- Manage customer communications regarding product specifications, deadlines, and project status.
- Lead negotiations with customers while balancing technical requirements, costs, and delivery expectations.
- Understand and support quality, production, and supply chain processes related to EMS manufacturing.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable manufacturing solutions.
- Support issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.
