1 Mastering the sales management system MC Frame.
2 Order confirmations (acknowledgements), purchasing, and invoicing 3 Logistics arrangements and inventory management, including physical inventory counts 4 Drafting and preparation of any commercial documents 5 Addressing of compliance issues on customs, chemicals, environments, ethics, etc. 6 Addressing of registration or licensing issues on *MOI, *MOD, *BOI, etc. 7 Making insurance claims
8 Crediting & debiting 9 Business document organization and management 10 Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Sales Assistant/Sales Coordinator in a trading company or related in manufacturing industries
- Conversational high level of English to communicate with Japanese MD and clients
