About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi , have a car or be willing to commute, and be comfortable handling property listings, tenant communication, and conducting property showings.
This role combines tenant placement coordination with direct sales and leasing activities — including cold calling, lead generation, and managing the complete rental process from listing to signed lease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, and past inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Actively source and qualify potential tenant leads through multiple platforms and direct outreach.
