Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Agent based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

Understand letting, tenant & other operational procedures and processes. Can easily adapt to change. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Confident and vibrant personality. Very hard working. Must be willing to be available outside of working hours. Well-spoken and presentable Communication skills. Strong command of the English language- essential. Ability to speak at least 3 African languages. Excellent Telephone Etiquette skills. Computer literacy of MS Office, Excel- essential. 1+ years sales experience- essential. Matric- essential. Real Estate qualification- advantageous. Clear Credit record and Criminal record.

KPAs:

Responsible for new deals signed with the company by promoting the business, ensuring new deals are signed every month and includes sourcing prospective tenants. Contact prospective tenants to set up viewings and attend arranged viewings...
