Job Summary

Your role is to develop strong professional relationships with customers and optimize base sales, new product development (NPD) and promotional activities. You will ensure maximum visibility in retailers, deliver sales capabilities, and meet field KPIs to achieve annual objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Place and implement point‑of‑purchase (POP) materials.
  • Report on promotional and sales activities.
  • Achieve established sales objectives for the assigned territory (sell‑out).
  • Maintain compliance with coverage indicators, mandatory portfolio, market share, numeric distribution, and weighted distribution.
