As our Sales Administration Analyst, you’ll support industrial customers, structured OEMs, and partners in Latin America. You’ll ensure all customer needs are met, contributing to an excellent customer experience and delivering a positive impact on processes and the business. Your work helps streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely, accurate responses to customer needs—strengthening relationships, supporting revenue growth, and contributing to overall business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Management and control of sales orders.
• Perform analysis with the planning team to contribute to management of backorder items.
• Customer service support by telephone and email (CRM system).
• Prices, commissions, and rebates administration tasks on SAP system.
• Support for representatives, distributors, and salesmen.
