Sales Admin Support [5.5 DAYS / TIONG BAHRU] (KCKC)

Salary: $2200 - $2700 + Commission

Address: Tiong Bahru

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am to 6pm / Saturday 8:45am to 1:15pm

• Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Comfortable learning and using online portals and CRM systems.
• Comprehensive product, system, and sales process training will be provided.

• Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry.
• Advise customers on their upcoming contract renewal options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal decisions.
