Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and marketing administration, planning, organization, and automation.
• Coordinate with the Heads of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to obtain an optimal flow of orders.
• Provide administrative services for sales.
• Supervise order processing and manage client relationships for administrative aspects of the sale (complaints, billing, deliveries, etc.).
• Manage a team of direct reports.
