Responsibilities
- Update and monitor medication plan
- Summaries of medication permits and evidence
- Monitor medication administration
- Consult in nursing matters
- Share information and orient on healthcare topics
- Maintain medication cabinet and conduct self‑monitoring
- Coordinate overall health and nursing care for residents
- Observe and assess health status
- Act as hygiene responsible within the unit
- Deliver general nursing care and guidance to residents
- Contribute to unit operations and collaborate with team members
