The Contracts Review Specialist works closely with Stantec’s lawyers, Project Managers, and project staff. The successful candidate will provide assistance and expertise in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contract terms for professional services according to Stantec policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contract documents and requests for proposals according to Stantec legal and other policies.
• Identify and communicate negotiation items and other contract issues to project staff that must be resolved between Stantec and clients, subconsultants, and contractors prior to contract execution.
