Metro Performance Glass Ltd is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner for the South Island. You will embed a proactive safety culture, work with operational leaders, identify risks, coach teams and deliver practical safety solutions that matter.

This hands-on role spends time in operations, supports investigations, leads injury management, and champions worker participation while ensuring safety systems meet legislative requirements.
