Job Description
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the project or facility Health, Safety, Security, and Environment management system.
- Ensure all site activities comply with company HSE policies, applicable Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and recognised industry practices.
- Develop and maintain project HSE plans, procedures, risk registers, emergency response plans, inspection programmes, and safety campaigns.
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, toolbox meetings, permit-to-work reviews, and control-of-work assurance activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections, behavioural safety observations, compliance audits, and contractor HSE performance reviews.
