Opportunity Description
Lead safety efforts as a Safety Ambassador Supervisor at RBC Amphitheatre, ensuring guest well-being during live events. Oversee a team of Safety Ambassadors while maintaining a safe and clean venue for all visitors.
As a Safety Ambassador Supervisor, you will guide a team of more than 20 Safety Ambassadors to maintain a secure environment during events. Your responsibilities include conducting pre-shift briefings, managing team deployments, and ensuring efficient breaks. This role emphasizes your leadership capabilities and ability to respond to guest needs and safety concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of Safety Ambassadors at events
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to prepare the team
• Ensure timely staff breaks during events
• Identify and assist guests in distress
• Write reports on daily activities and irregularities
Requirements:
• Diploma in relevant fields is preferred
• Experience in mental health or community services
