Opportunity Description
Autodesk in Colombia is seeking a Customer Support Associate to help customers across products via live chat, email, and phone. You will resolve technical questions, assist onboarding, and handle subscription inquiries, with a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
You will collaborate with Sales, Success, Engineering, and Finance to ensure quality interactions, report issues to Tier 2, and contribute to continuous improvement while embodying Autodesk's Great Behavior values.
