NOTE: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must Have:

10+ years of development experience

in

high-scale, distributed systems .

Strong expertise in

backend frameworks

such as

Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core .

Proficiency with

Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application management .

Knowledge of

API gateways, service discovery, and load balancing

in cloud environments.

Hands‑on experience with

SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

and

NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)

databases.

Nice-to-have:

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

are a plus.
