RQ09763 - Sr. UX Researcher/Designer Toronto (St. Clair Ave W) - 3 days on site Utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, conduct research of user behaviours, digital needs and motivations Design the research plan with clear objectives, targeting users based on their needs and challenges Write usability discussion guides to moderate user research sessions and document responses Take a user-centered design approach and analyze survey data to document recommendations based on the goals of the project and the needs of the users
MUST HAVES: 5+ years experience in Digital UX Research and Design Demonstrated experience in conducting users research and user consultation Leads and conducts interviews and workshops to validate pre-Discovery hypothesis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities (technology agnostic) to inform a subsequent internal technology scan, conceptual architecture design, Solution Options An...
