RPO - Assistant Engineering Manager

Role Purpose

Responsible to run all maintenance, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) & water treatment plan (WTP) and engineering activities effectively in accordance to all Company's standard (safety, code of conduct, code of ethic, etc.).

Main Duties:

1. Ensure implementation Safety work permit, LOTTO, 6S standard and WI in every activity engineering, well manage all machineries production, building, utility machinery, facilities, and support tools in maintenance activities in order to support manufacturing to operate smoothly and deliver high quality output, high productivity and agreed to company's standard. Job holder must put necessary action or anticipation to avoid manufacturing process stoppage.

2. Monitoring performance system WWTP and WTP on daily basis and assist the Operational to well perform and meet with local and global standard regulation to outlet effluent.
