Key Responsibilities

• The Rooms Division Attendant is responsible for exceeding Rooms Division targets, reducing friction points, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They utilize Princess Medallion Class products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. They take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
• The Rooms Division Attendant maintains the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. They prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues.
